Saving the Spreadsheet

When you re ready to save the spreadsheet, simply press Ctrl+S to display the Save As dialog box. To save the worksheet, simply navigate to the folder in which you want to save the file, enter a file name , and click Save. If you want to save the worksheet in a format other than traditional Excel workbook format (for example, you might want to save the file as an XML Spreadsheet or XML Data only), click the Save As Type down arrow and choose your format before you click Save.
