Chapter 31
Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server (ISA Server) is Microsoft's most powerful and secure solution for sharing an Internet connection on a network. As such, it replaces Microsoft Proxy Server 2.0 and exceeds the capabilities of other Microsoft solutions such as Routing and Remote Access (RRAS) and Internet Connection Sharing (ICS).
This chapter introduces you to important concepts related to ISA Server, covers some planning considerations, and then shows you how to set up and manage ISA Server on the network.
