You can import any iMovie project or QuickTime-compatible video format.

A3:

A GarageBand project can only include one video file. It will always start at the beginning of the project.

A4:

A video's audio appears as an orange Real Instrument region in the Video Sound track located directly below the Video Track.

A5:

You can edit the audio in the Video Sound track in the same way you edit any Real Instrument region.

A6:

Select the Video Track, move the playhead to the desired marker position, then click the Add Marker button in the editor.

A7:

Many jingles come in different lengths so that they can be used as a recurring theme in a show.

A8:

Create a Software Instrument track and choose one of the Sound Effects instruments, or manually create a customized sound effect instrument. Once you've selected the instrument, you can trigger the sound effects and record them to the track.
