Send a song to iTunes

Export a project as a QuickTime movie

Send a movie to iDVD

Send a podcast to iWeb

Now that you know how to record, arrange, and mix your projects in GarageBand, it's time to learn how to share them with other iLife applications, export them to iTunes, download them onto your iPod, and even burn them to a CD or DVD.

All of the iLife '06 applications, including GarageBand, are designed to work together seamlessly. You can write music in GarageBand and export your songs to iTunes; score your iMovie video and export it as a Quick-Time movie or send it back to iMovie; send your finished podcast to iWeb to publish on the Internet; or create a whole playlist of original songs to be shared with any of your applications.

The focus of this lesson is learning how to export or share your projects with the other iLife applications.
