Finding the right child care situation is an important part of the home office pie. Consider your children's best interests and the type of work you do when considering the kind of child care you need. Forget about trying to be bionic because there simply is no such thing. Households are busy, sometimes chaotic , noisy places with active kids , ringing phones, conflicting schedules, and barking dogs (at least in our houses ). Instead of banging your head and trying to handle everything, get the help when you need it. Tap into your community and find out what others are doing and what is available to you. Your family will be better off and so will your work.
