Position the insertion point where you want to insert the image. -
On the Insert menu, point to Picture , and then click Clip Art . -
In the Search text box, type a key word that describes the type of image you want, click Go , and then click the image you want to insert. |

Position the insertion point where you want to insert the AutoShape. -
On the Drawing toolbar, click AutoShapes , and then click More AutoShapes . -
In the Clip Art task pane, click the AutoShape you want to insert. |

On the Drawing toolbar, click the Insert Clip Art button. -
In the Clip Art task pane, click Organize Clips . -
In the Collections List , under My Collection , click Favorites . -
On the File menu, point to Add Clips to Organizer, and then click On My Own . -
Navigate to the file you want to add, and then click Add . -
Click the down arrow to the right of the thumbnail of your added clip art, and then click Edit Keywords . -
In the Keyword box, type a keyword, and then click Add . -
Click OK to close the Edit Keywords dialog box, and then click the Close button in the Microsoft Clip Organizer window. |

Double-click the clip art image. -
Click the Size tab. -
In the Scale area, select the number in the Height box. -
Type a scale size, and click OK . |

Select the clip art image. -
On the View menu, point to Toolbars , and then click Picture to display the Picture toolbar, if necessary. -
On the Picture toolbar, click the Recolor Picture button. -
Select the Fills option to display the fill colors in the image. -
In the New area, click the down arrow to the right of the color you want to change, and then click a new color. -
Click OK to close the Recolor Picture dialog box. |

Position the insertion point where you want to insert the picture. -
On the Insert menu, point to Picture , and then click From File . -
Navigate to the folder where the picture is stored. -
Click the file you want to insert, and then click Insert . |

On the Insert menu, point to Picture , and then click New Photo Album . -
Click File/Disk . -
Navigate to the folder where the pictures are stored. -
Click the pictures you want to add to the photo album, and click Insert . -
In the Album Layout area, click the down arrow to the right of the Picture layout box, and then click the layout you want. -
Click the down arrow to the right of the Frame shape box, click the frame shape you want, and click Create . |

Select the picture on the slide. -
On the Picture toolbar, click the Crop button. -
Position the center of the cropping tool over the handle, and then drag until the picture is cropped how you want it. |

On the Picture toolbar, click the Compress Pictures button. -
Click OK , and then click Apply . |
