ASSIGNING PEOPLE TO JOBS WITH FORM 2

The form shown in Figure 4.1 may be of use to analyze the way you have allocated jobs to people. All 1s in the Category column would be ideal but a bit unlikely . A mixture of 1s, 2s and 4s is more likely, with any 3s and 5s being ones for particular attention. This form appears again in Chapter 6 where the rightmost two columns are used.
