Reposition Type from Within the Type Dialog Box

Both: Press and drag in the image window

Photoshop 6 and ImageReady allow you to create and edit text directly on the canvas. You can also reposition the type while editing it in Photoshop 7 by moving the cursor outside the type area and dragging.
