Summary

In this chapter we have explained the basics of user -based security programming on the .NET platform. We have looked at most of the major .NET classes involved in user-based security programming and at several programming examples that demonstrate the main techniques. The other major flavor of security programming, Code Access Security, is the topic of the next chapter.
