Adding the CSA MC to the Security Monitor

The Security Monitor does not receive events from all CSA agents. The CSA MC continues to receive, log, and act upon all events received from CSA agents and then communicates the information to the Security Monitor. The event data is sent between the two components using SSL as the communication protocol to ensure secure encrypted communication of events.
