Starting Outlook

Outlook 2003 has a new look. Its streamlined layout is designed to give you quicker access to all its communication tools and features. You will be able to create, send, read, and manage your electronic communications more efficiently and with greater ease.

Start Outlook

Click the Start button on the taskbar.

Point to All Programs.

Point to Microsoft Office.

Click Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.

Did You Know?

You can start Outlook from your desktop . Right-click Outlook on the All Programs menu, point to Send To, and then click Desktop, to create a shortcut on your desktop that you can click to start Outlook.

You can "pin" Outlook to your Start menu . Right-click Outlook on the All Programs menu, on the desktop, in Windows Explorer, or in My Computer, and then click Pin To Start Menu. When you click the Start button, Outlook appears at the top of the menu, above the separator line.
