Getting Help with iTunes Music Store Problems

Hopefully you won't ever have any problems with the iTunes Music Store, and if you do, the information in this chapter should help you solve them. If not, don't despair because help is just a few clicks away.

To access the iTunes Customer Service page, select Help, iTunes and Music Store Service and Support. Your default web browser will open and you will move to the iTunes Support page for the type of computer you are using (see Figure 27.3). Use the links and information on this page to get help. For example, you can click the iTunes Music Store Customer Service site link to move to the Music Store Customer Service page on which you can click the Get help with computer authorization link to get help deauthorizing a computer to which you no longer have access.
