On Entrepreneurship

Is entrepreneurship for everybody? Certainly not. Implicitly, entrepreneurship is for the individual who is willing to work hard, give everything he has to make the business successful, and still risk significant failure. The key is to become an entrepreneur in the early part of your creative life, when you are at a mental place to provide sufficient passion and endurance to grow the company.

It's a quirky example, but look at Jerry Jones when he bought the Dallas Cowboys. He sold everything else he had. He burned all his bridges, so there was no going back. He sank all his wealth in the Cowboys, and consequently he had to give a wholehearted try to make it successful. Regardless of what else you might say about Jones, success can be measured in his three championship rings. Perhaps Systech's story is similar in the sense that my business partner and I did not have any other place to go but forward. We plunged into an arena that we felt passionate about, but also made it the core part of our ambitions and dreams. Opportunities are always there for those who push themselves, take responsibility, and do what it takes to succeed.
