Paint

Microsoft Paint is a very, very basic graphics-editing program. It's been upgraded for Windows XP, and can now handle more file types than before. It's still very limited in functionality, and useful only for editing bitmapped images. Launch it by clicking the Start button and selecting All Programs, Accessories, Paint.
