This is what you've been waiting for. You asked for it, and now you're going to get it: we're finally going to ditch send(null), and learn how to send more data to a server. It will take a little extra work on your part, but by the time you're finished with this chapter, you'll be saying a lot more than "no data" to the server in your asynchronous requests.
