Making Trade-Offs

The world is not a simple place. Sometimes achieving one goal compromises another. Everything can't be universally simple. What do you do if making one task simple makes another task more complicated? Your goal should be to make simple tasks and the tasks users perform most often, which are generally the simple tasks, as easy as possible. Complex tasks and tasks that users perform rarely can function in a less than ideal way without harming the overall usability of your program.

TIP
Make simple things easy, complex things possible.
