Envelopes & Labels

Microsoft Word's Envelopes and Labels features can create and print addressed envelopes and mailing labels based on document contents or other information you provide. This feature makes it easy to print professional-looking envelopes and labels for all of your mailing needs.

Tips

• Word supports a wide variety of standard envelope and label sizes and formats. Settings can also be changed for printing on nonstandard envelopes or labels.

• As discussed in Chapter 15, you can use the Data Merge Manager to create envelopes and labels based on database information.

• If you use Microsoft Entourage, you can use the Office Address Book button that appears in the Envelopes and Labels dialogs to insert an Entourage address for an envelope or label. This makes it quicker and easier to create envelopes or labels for people you work with.
