To create a meeting workspace

 
  1. Open a meeting request, or open an appointment and on the Standard toolbar, click Invite Attendees .

  2. Click the Meeting Workspace button, and in the Meeting Workspace task pane, click Change Settings if desired.

  3. Click Create .

To view a meeting workspace

 
  1. Open the meeting for which the workspace was created.

  2. In the Meeting Workspace task pane, click Go to workspace , or in the body of the meeting request, click the name of the workspace.

To add or remove attendees

 
  1. Open the meeting workspace.

  2. In the Attendees area, click Manage Attendees .

To add meeting objectives

 
  1. Open the meeting workspace.

  2. In the Objectives area, click Add new item .

To add agenda items.

 
  1. Open the meeting workspace.

  2. In the Agenda area, click Add new item .

To post meeting materials to the workspace

 
  1. Open the meeting workspace.

  2. In the Document Library area, click Add new document .

To create tasks in the workspace.

 
  1. Open the meeting workspace.

  2. In the Tasks area, click Add new item .
