The P2P Game

The P2P game is a peer-to-peer game that enables players to join and leave the game based on obtaining and passing a Get Out Of Jail token that is circulated among players. This game demonstrates the techniques necessary to form a community of peers, and how to pass messages among the peers of that community.

Community Formation

The P2P game provides the capability to form a community by creating new peers. The community here is the jail. Peers can join the jail, obtain the jail token from the peer who currently has it, and leave the jail by passing the token to a peer.

Routing and Message Passing

The P2P game provides the capability to route the jail token among peers and broadcast a message as to where the token is currently located.
