Summary

Granted, this was a brief excursion into forms and how they interact with ADO in the VBA environment. You saw how to use forms just to browse information, link dynamically into recordsets, and edit information, and how to manipulate the controls using VBA.

The topic of forms could fill an entire book itself. You will want to explore features such as AutoRefresh, separate code for subform controls, and, beginning with Access 2003, conditional formatting.

We are now going to turn our attention to what could be thought of as the opposite of forms: reports. As you will see, however, many of the topics and discussions are similar.
