STEP 03 the concept DESIGN BOARD

After a final design has been arrived at, the sketches are brought together for output on a presentation board. This is a fairly straightforward process in FreeHand and also allows for another print opportunity: handouts for the clients. Although the large format presentation board is the clients 'primary focus, handouts ”derived from the page layouts done in FreeHand ”offer a reference that can be reviewed at a later time.

We put a lot of work into the design itself and into selling the design. The goal is to overwhelm the clients with the quality and thoroughness of the presentation. Most of the time, we exceed the clients'expectations and earn their trust and confidence.

Figure 09:07 shows an example of the large format presentation board that we use.
