Moving Around in a Table

So far, you've used the Tab key only to move from field to field in the table. You might have also used the mouse to move the insertion point from a field in one record to another field in that record, or to a field in a different record. Because you do your data entry from the keyboard, Access provides several keystrokes that can be used to navigate the various fields in the table. For example, you can back up one field in a record by pressing Shift+Tab . Table 6.1 summarizes the various keyboard shortcuts for moving around in a table.
