Hide4PGP

This freeware, command-line-driven program was created out of concerns that the public use of cryptography would become illegal. Hide4PGP works on everything from 8-to 24-bit bitmaps, 8-or 16-bit .wav files, and 8-bit .voc files. It works especially well on 256-color bitmaps.
