About the Technical Editors

Michael J. Woznicki spent seven and a half years in the United States Navy, where he earned an A.S. Degree in electronics. Over the past 14 years , Michael has worked for SunLife of Canada as a network analyst, CrossComm Corporation as the corporate network administrator, and for ExecuTrain as a technical instructor. He has worked in many facets of the computer industry, from help desk support supervisor and senior technical support engineer to network field service technician and network administrator.

Michael has over four years of technical training with both SunLife and CrossComm, as well as more than five and a half years of formal classroom instruction. He has taught classes in A+, Network+, iNet+, HTML, CSS, CIW Foundations, Cisco Routers, Novell NetWare 3.X and 4.X, and Microsoft operating systems from DOS to Windows XP Professional, as well as customized Windows 2000 Professional. Michael has more than 20 different certifications: Among them are Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW), CompTIA INet+, Net+, Server+, Security+, A+, and the MCSA certification.

Warren E. Wyrostek is a graduate of Hunter College of C.U.N.Y with a B.A. in chemistry . He holds a master's in divinity from Union Theological Seminary and a master's in vocational-technical education from Valdosta State College. He is devoted to technology education as reflected by his list of certifications, which include Novell (MCNI, MCNE, and CDE), Microsoft (MCSE-NT 4.0 and MCSE-W2K), Prosoft (CIW CIW, MCIWD, and MCIWA), and Cisco (CCNA, CCDA, and CCNP). Warren has taught on the college and secondary school levels. Warren's main joy comes as a freelance writer and contract trainer in Novell, CompTia, Prosoft, and Microsoft technologies.
