After saving a document as a Web page, you can open the Web page, in HTML format, in Word. This allows you to quickly and easily switch from HTML to the standard program format and back again without losing formatting or functionality. For example, if you create a formatted chart in Word, save the presentation file as a Web page, and then reopen the Web page in Word, the chart will look the same as the original did when you created it in Word. Word preserves the original formatting and functionality of the file. Open an Office Web Page
