Quick Profits are Always at a Cost

Its often possible to jumpstart a companys growth over a short period of time, but this growth inevitably comes at a cost. When faced with such a situation, I would ask a few important questions first:

1. How long is the growth to be sustained?

2. Are you willing to suffer long term revenue growth?

3. What is the availability of investments?

If all these were positive, then I would look into the situation and come up with an answerif profits can in fact be significantly increased over a short period of time, and at what cost. Even a one time profit growth of 10% in 3 months is doable, but usually comes with a cost.
