MIDI Events

Among the many things the Graphic Editor can do, it allows you to insert a variety of different MIDI events by drawing them in rather than having to manually enter them in a window. To graphically insert data you will need to open the Toolbar.

Opening the Toolbar

The Toolbar grants you access to a variety of different options for inserting data into your sequence graphically.

Selecting Display Modes

Digital Performer offers you three different ways to view MIDI events within the Grid window. Data can be viewed as bars, points, or lines.
