Chapter 5. The Control Panel

If Digital Performer were a plane, the Control Panel would be the cockpit. Using the Control Panel, you can navigate to all of the different areas in your sequences. You can manage the playback of your sequences and how they are recorded, in addition to controlling a variety of settings. In this chapter, you will learn how to:

• Use basic controls

• Work with counters

• Use the metronome

• Work with memory bars
