Duplicating or deleting accounts

After creating an account, you can generate variations by duplicating the first account and then editing it. When people leave the organization, delete their old accounts.

To duplicate accounts

1.

Open any file and choose File > Define > Accounts & Privileges.

2.

When the Define Accounts & Privileges dialog box appears, the Accounts tab is automatically selected. Select the account you want to copy and click Duplicate (Figure 15.28). A copy of the account is added to the dialog box and named [original name]+Copy (Figure 15.29). You can then click Edit to make any changes to the copy or click OK to close the dialog box.
