To see the objects you want to work with, you ll often need to change the screen mode and the view, zoom the view, and display and hide objects and windows on screen. Illustrator offers keyboard shortcuts for the most common of these operations.

Note | On Mac OS X version 10.3 (Panther), the [F11] keyboard shortcut is assigned to the Expos feature by default. The [Shift]-[F11] shortcut slows down the effect of the Expos animation. So you can t use either of these keyboard shortcuts in Illustrator unless you reassign the Expos keyboard shortcut in System Preferences. |
