One of the most exciting features with Small Business Server 2003 is the presence of the Companyweb intranet site, which is based on Windows SharePoint Services. The Companyweb intranet provides SBS 2003 users with a wide array of tools for sharing contacts, calendars, links, announcements, documents, and photos all within a familiar, easy-to-use, and easy-to-customize web-based interface. In this chapter we look at the default Companyweb implementation but focus primarily on customizing the Companyweb site for various needs.
