16. About Review Tracker

The Tracker manages all PDF documents that have been sent and received for both email- and browser-based reviews, including any documents you have reviewed offline. The Tracker automatically places the documents in one of three folders: My Reviews contains PDF documents you have sent for review, Participant Reviews contains PDF documents that have been sent to you for review, and Offline Documents contains PDF documents you have taken offline for review. At any time, you can create a new folder and move the documents.

If you have initiated a document review, the Tracker can check the status on a review, send email reminders to reviewers, and invite additional reviewers. The Tracker also lists all the PDFs you have initiated for review, including the type of review it was. To find out more information on a particular PDF review, click the PDF link; the Tracker displays the PDF filename, the type of review, the date and time the review was sent, and the list of emails of who the review was sent to.

If you are a participant in a review, the Tracker lists all the PDF documents you are reviewing. When you select a PDF document you are currently reviewing, the Tracker displays the type of review it is, the date and time at which it was sent, who initiated the review, the location of your PDF document, and all the other participating reviewers.
