  • Bring critical functions in-house and assemble custom-tailored teams to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

  • The complexity associated with combining different resources requires an even more comprehensive and even more integrated use of information.

    • Air, artillery , and direct fire in a SEAD mission

    • Marketing, sales, production, and distribution in a new product launch

  • Align incentives to promote cooperation across divisions.

  • Practice, practice, practice.

  • And when you are done practicing, throw a happy hour .

  • Ensure communications systems offer flexibility and reliability needed to meet the task at hand.
