Mathematica 4.2 (Thirty-Day Trial Version)

Mathematica 4.2 is the latest version of the powerful technical computing application from Wolfram Research. The CD-ROM includes installers for a 30-day save-disabled trial version of Mathematica 4.2. The trial version has all the functionality of the original product except that you cannot save files.

Installation Instructions

1. Insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.

2. Open the Applications:Mathematica folder on the CD-ROM.

3. Double-click the appropriate installer for your platform. The CD-ROM includes separate installers for Windows, Mac OS 8-9, and Mac OS X.

4. Follow the instructions on your screen. You will need to enter a license number and password during the installation process. Use the following license number: 3006-3320. Go to register.wolfram.com to get a password.
