Chapter Summary

In this chapter you learned how to create a DTS package that you can use as a template for future packages. This template package enables you to quickly add to the data movement application additional packages that are configurable at run time using the same initialization file and global variables . You also learned how to add the remaining tasks to the data movement application to complete the prototype, including an Analysis Services Processing task to process an Analysis Services cube from within a DTS package.
