Hour 7. Outlook's Advanced Email FeaturesOutlook offers you more messaging options than just plain old email. Outlook offers basic Windows Messaging integration, enabling you to see whether the sender of a message is logged in to Windows Messenger. You can send faxes to numbers stored in Outlook contacts or send faxes by email. You can vote on silly or serious issues and tally the ballots automatically, getting the correct results even if the voters try to cheat by voting often. The personal address book is a holdover from early Exchange Server days and should not be used. It's better to import the contacts to your Contacts folder.
