Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 is nothing like you've seen before. It's eye-catching and for the most part, it's smartly designed. After using the new Outlook for just a short period of time, you'll fall in love with it. Outlook 2003 includes many customer requests , including a new preview pane on the right side of the screen, colored flags, and the ability to hide unused folder types.

You'll be able to manage your messaging, calendar, and contacts better. The Reading Pane presents more of your messages on the screen so that you can read many of your messages without scrolling. Using Quick Flags enables you to mark messages with different colored flags. Search Folders enable you to see all of your unread flagged messages or those with attachments. You can create your own Search Folders so that you can always find messages from your boss or co-workers , display multiple calendars side-by-side, and use smart grouping to group Outlook items by nearly any field.
