Getting Started will take you to a section that includes a very nice high-level tutorial on Eclipse and the IDE. It covers most features of Eclipse, but more from a reference standpoint than as a user's guide. There are other sections in the tutorial, which cover other portions of Eclipse. It's an excellent companion piece to this guided tour.
