Your Worth to the Company

Be clear on this. Your worth to one company might not be the same as your worth to another. I bring this up because you might have a salary in mind based on your skill set and experience. But if you are interviewing with a company that will not utilize all of your skills or simply does not place the same worth on those skills, your negotiations will fail.
