Premiere Elements may not recognize your camcorder if you set it up while the program is running. If the Export > To Tape menu choice is grayed out, exit and then restart Premiere Elements with the Camcorder connected and in VTR/VCR mode.

Premiere Elements can create video files compatible with Video CD and SuperVideoCD projects, but can't directly produce these types of discs. You'll need a separate authoring program to create Video CDs or SuperVideoCDs.
If you click the Advanced button in any of Premiere Elements' Export screens, you can access very comprehensive encoding controls. Proceed with caution unless you're an advanced usersince selecting the wrong parameters could produce a file inappropriate for its intended purpose.

Video frames exported by Premiere Elements are all fairly low resolution so if used to print pictures larger than 5X7, pixelation may become noticeable.
