• RSA's RC5 algorithm is a symmetric key algorithm, used to secure the ICA data stream.

• Diffie-Hellman is a public key-private key algorithm used to negotiate the symmetric key for ICA data encryption.

• Minimum encryption levels can be set at the connection level using Citrix Connection Configuration or per published application using the Citrix Management Console.

• DOS, Win16, Win32, Linux x86, and the Web clients support encryption.

• HTTPS is used to secure user credentials between the client and the Web server, while SSL Relay is used to secure the XML data connection between the Web server and the MetaFrame Server.
