Task 13: Adding Text to a Drawing

Click the Text tool.

Options for the Text tool are displayed. Choose whether you want to draw a text box that obscures the image beneath it, or one that enables the image beneath it to be seen.

Move the pointer into the drawing area. Drag to draw a text box.

Type the text you want to add. The text is added to the text box.

INTRODUCTION

You can include text as part of your drawing. To do so, draw a text box, and then type the text you want to include.

Font Change

You can use the Fonts toolbar to select the font, size, and style of the text.

Undo

If at any time you do not like what you've drawn, open the Edit menu and choose Undo to undo the last action (or press Ctrl+Z ).
