Task 10: E-mailing a Page or Link

Display the page you want to send.

Click the down arrow next to the Mail button and select Send a Link .

INTRODUCTION

If you find a page of interest and want to share it with someone, you can e-mail the page or a link to that page from Internet Explorer. You can either type the recipient's address or select it from your Address Book.

Send the Page

To send the page, select this option and follow the same steps.

You see a mail window with the subject and attach lines completed. The message includes the link to the page.

Complete the address.

Click Send . The message is sent.

TIP

Research Button

You may also see a Research button in your toolbar. You can use this to look up words or topics in reference books, mostly thesauruses. This button is most commonly added by Microsoft Office.
