Steve Kurth is a digital graphic arts consultant, author, and trainer based in Portland, Maine. He is also the author of the Adobe Illustrator 10 Shop Manual and the upcoming Hidden Secrets of Illustrator Web Graphics , and co-author of Digital Prepress Complete . He has also been a technical editor for several other industry books. During the course of his work, Steve has developed and delivered customized training and solutions for an array of corporate clients including Verizon and LL Bean. He is a freelance cartoonist and illustrator who provided art for Illustrator 9 and 10 for Dummies . Steve is an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop, Acrobat PageMaker, and Illustrator.
