My Different Tack

This is where my book takes a different tack: moving to hands-on, step-by-step instruction. This book assumes you already own a printed Premiere manual and are at least somewhat computer literate.

I'm not going to point out every icon to click or present every shortcut. My goal is to help you create high-quality videos . So I'll focus my efforts more on explaining how to exploit Premiere's power. That said, I don't want to force you to jump back and forth between your manual and this book, so I'll try to include all the necessary steps for some critical functions and let you experiment and try other elements on your own.
