6.10 Finally, Your Project Calendar

I will not present a detailed Gantt chart to close this discussion, but do offer the following as the final schedule. I apologize, sort of, for its conceptual nature, but then again, that is your key interest as the project manager. Your final schedule should represent the critical path and the key contributing events that support each milestone. Therefore, Exhibit 9 indicates the major sequences along the critical path, with arrows denoting the dependencies. From this drawing, it is an accurate, if unpleasant, next step to document the details as required to complete your calendaring task as project manager.
