Introduction

Outlook Web Access (OWA) is a feature of Microsoft Exchange Server that lets you access your Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 account using any Web browser, anywhere in an airport, at a hotel, or at an Internet caf . This latest version of OWA looks and feels more like Outlook than ever before. With its new improved user interface, OWA now makes working with your message over the Internet faster and easier. It also includes greater Outlook functionality, including spell check and message signatures. You can check your Calendar and access Global Address Lists. You can even get online Help to assist you as you use Outlook in a browser.

Security for OWA has greatly improved, so you know that your e-mail and sensitive documents are secured and protected. You can even protect your e-mail address from spam.

To use the features of OWA, your Outlook account must be part of a network that uses Microsoft Exchange Server. You can use Outlook Web Access with Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator Web browsers from many UNIX, Apple Macintosh, or Microsoft Windows-based computers. To use the complete set of features available with Outlook Web Access, use Internet Explorer 6 or later. For specific information about which operating systems and browser versions are supported by Outlook Web Access, contact your server administrator or Microsoft Technical Support.
