Yes. Select the field by dragging over it (double-clicking a form field displays the dialog box for defining its behavior) and apply the formatting using all of the standard methods .

Yes. Choose File, New. In the New Document task pane, click the Templates on Office Online link to go to Microsoft's Office Online Web site. Search the Templates category for the type of form you're looking for. When you find one that looks interesting, click its link to preview it, and then follow the onscreen instructions to download it and open it in Word.
