landscape orientation

The document prints so that the long edge of the paper is at the top of the page.

left alignment

The left edge of the text is straight and the right edge is ragged. This is the default alignment option.

left indent

All the lines in a paragraph are indented from the left.

left tab

A custom tab stop that left-aligns text at the tab stop. The default tabs are also left tabs.

line spacing

The amount of vertical space between lines of text.
