In some chapters, I've used OMT object diagrams to further illuminate a concept. Object diagrams illustrate a particular instance of a class, as shown in Figure A-6. Objects are represented as rectangles with round edges. The object naming convention is usually to include the name of the class, prefixed by the letter "a" or the word "an," within parentheses. For example, if the class name is "Apple," the object name is "anApple."
